(a) 서비스의 기능성 또는 운영에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 방식으로 사용되거나 사용될 수 있는 바이러스 또는 기타 악성 코드를 업로드하거나 전송하는 행위 (b) 서비스의 일부를 복제, 중복, 복사, 추출, 판매, 재판매 또는 악용하는 행위(c) 타인의 개인정보를 수집하거나 추적하는 행위; (d) 서비스에 스팸, 피싱, 파밍 또는 사칭 행위 (e) 로봇, 스파이더, 스크래핑, 데이터 수집 및 추출 도구, 자동 장치 또는 프로세스, AI 도구(예: 에이전트형 AI) 또는 자동화/수동 수단을 사용하여 서비스에 접근하는 행위 또는 (f) 서비스 접근을 제한하기 위해 당사가 적용하는 보안 또는 인증 기능, 로봇 배제 헤더 또는 기타 조치를 방해, 우회 또는 회피하는 행위. 당사는 귀하가 본 약관의 일부를 위반했다고 판단하는 경우, 사전 통지 없이 언제든지 귀하의 계정을 정지, 중단 또는 종료할 권리를 보유합니다.
제 14항 - 에이전트
